Common Questions
Injection Molding FAQs
What materials can you mold?
We mold a broad range of commodity and engineered thermoplastics, including ABS, nylon, polycarbonate, polyethylene, POM (acetal), polypropylene, TPE, and TPU. If your application calls for a specialty or filled resin, our engineers will help you select and qualify it.
Do you have minimum order quantities?
No. We run pilot quantities and short runs without MOQs, so you can validate a part before committing to production volume — and scale up on the same relationship when you’re ready.
How fast can I get a quote?
Within 48 hours. Send your part files (STEP, IGES, or drawings) and target quantities, and a member of our team will respond with pricing and lead-time within two business days.
Can you take over a mold from another supplier?
Yes. Our transfer tooling process evaluates the condition of your existing mold, qualifies it on our presses, and gets it back into reliable production — often with DFM recommendations to improve part quality along the way.
How do you ensure part quality?
Every program includes first-article sampling and validation against your specifications, followed by in-process inspection during production runs. Quality checks continue through final packaging and shipment.
Do you help with part design?
Yes. Before any tooling decisions, our engineers provide design-for-manufacturing (DFM) feedback — wall thickness, draft, gating, and material recommendations — to reduce cost and avoid molding defects.
Who will I work with during my project?
One team, one point of contact. The same people who review your design manage sampling, production, and shipment, so nothing gets lost in a handoff.
