Gerald Beranek was a full-time mechanical/manufacturing engineer in 2012 when he began designing and 3D printing products which solved everyday problems in the home. He started selling his 3D printed products online then quickly needed to injection mold them to keep up with demand. After purchasing his first CNC machining center to build injection molds and his first 220 ton injection molding machine in 2015 his part time side hustle became a full time engineering and manufacturing business. His dedication and commitment to solving his customers’ unmet needs BeraTek Industries started to grow quickly through word-of-mouth marketing and sales. It’s that kind of dedication that still drives BeraTek Industries today. A larger facility, a larger customer base spanning North America, and a full team upholding the same standards as Gerald’s driving philosophy–growing, adapting and solving problems with a dedication to quality products all with keeping the customer top of mind.
